Hi again everyone!Today's POTD (Product Of The Day) is Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid. I paid $18.95 for a 4 oz bottle (I got it back when they had free shipping, so it was a pretty good deal!), and started using it about 2 weeks ago.
For reference, I have very oily skin that has been plagued with acne for the past 7 years. After using this product for the past two weeks, I have started seeing less breakouts, a reduction in my skin's oiliness, plus a nice, healthy "glow" to my skin. My skin still isn't perfect, but now I see a new blemish once every few days, rather than 4-5 new ones every morning.
I use this product in the morning (under makeup) and at night (before my Peter Thomas Roth acne sulfur treatment). I've heard some ladies over at MakeupAlley say that they use cotton pads or balls to apply this, but personally, I just use my (clean!) fingers to apply so that I don't waste product. I find that it dries very quickly, and doesn't ball up or anything when makeup or other products are applied over the top.
I will keep updating with the results since I have only used this product for two weeks. I'm really looking forward to seeing what my skin looks like after a month of using this product!
